Die '''Gebande sperwer''' (''Accipiter badius'') is 'n algemene [[voël|standvoël]] wat voorkom in savanne en hoëboomveld in [[Namibië]], [[Botswana]], [[Mosambiek]], [[Noord-Wes]], [[Limpopo]], [[Mpumalanga]] en noord [[KwaZulu-Natal]]. Die voël is 28 - 30 cm groot, weeg 80 - 170 g met 'n vlerkspan van 55 - 60 cm. In Engels staan die voël bekend as ''Shikra''.
