This will have to be in English because it concerns the entire wikicommunity, not just the Afrikaans one.
:Wikipedia has certain ground rules. One is that we should inform our readers in a neutral and truthful and verifiable manner. This is why I am seriously concerned about [https://af.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Hendrik_Gerhardus_Stoker&curid=105295&diff=1419764&oldid=1418213 this] deletion. Stoker sought to justify apartheid on Biblical grounds, like quite a few other theologians at the time. Writing an article about him from which this fact is simply omitted -or deleted- is neither neutral nor truthful. In fact the article is one-sided fancruft. I had tried to correct that by verifiable quotes from Afrikaans writers. One a thesis written about Heyns, the other from the NG church. None of what I wrote was my opinion. (If you must know: my opinion of him is quite a bit harsher, but does not belong in that article). The deletion of these verifiable quotes is really not justifiable.
:I also think it is harmful to this wiki. This website is not there to spread fancruft. Especially apartheid apology fancruft.
