Marvelous even. So nice to see that the topic gets coverage in all sorts of languages. And while I only know a little Dutch, it's a text I've lived with for many months, so it does indeed look like a fine translation. You might be interested in checking out [[:en:Aztec cuisine]], [[:en:Maya cuisine]] and [[:en:Early modern European cuisine]] now and then. They're just rough drafts right now, but I'm hoping they'll grow to something as comprehensive as the medieval article. You might also be interested in [[:en:entremet]] as a supporting article.
And I recommend that you keep an eye on [[:en:smoking]]. I have quite lofty plans for what is currently nothing but a dabpage. ;-)
