Die '''R350''' is 'n streeksroete in die [[Oos-Kaap]] wat [[Bedford]] met [[Grahamstad]] verbind. Die roete begin in Bedford waar dit uitdraai uit die [[R63 (Suid-Afrika)|R63]]-provinsiale pad en eers suidwaarts gaan en dan suidoos draai. Die roete gaan oor die [[Helspoort]]pas. Na ongeveer 75 km sluit die [[R400 (Suid-Afrika)|R400]] by die R350 aan en net daarna die [[R344 (Suid-Afrika)|R344]] ook. Dit kom Grahamstad binne as Cradockstraat.
