Personally, I don't agree with the statement above, as the personal experience differs from individual to individual. Not anyone is vocal about their experience every time a particular product or service is used, so I am going to assume most consumers suffer in complete silence. And then there are those that have a problem with everything. And then there is just the question about price: four brands of bread, each one alike in quality - but we buy the cheapest one. And, if someone had a history with a particular bank (as I'm having one now, at the moment due to their own incompetence), others might favour the logo, but I don't. So, if I stop using the product or service, am I automatically excluded? Don't worry: semantics...
