'''Alan Stevenson''' ([[1807]], [[Edinburg]] – [[1865]]) was 'n vuurtoringingenieur wat as Ingenieur by die Board of Northern Lighthouses in [[Skotland]] gewerk het. Hy was 'n lid van die beroemde Stevenson ingenieursfamilie, die oudste seun van [[Robert Stevenson (siviele ingenieur)|Robert Stevenson]], en broer van [[David Stevenson (ingenieur)|David]] en [[Thomas Stevenson]]. Tussen [[1843]] en [[1853]] het hy dertien vuurtorings in en om Skotland gebou. Die skrywer [[Robert Louis Stevenson]] was die seun van Thomas en dus die kleinneef van Alan Stevenson.
