'n Europeër is enige persoon wat inheems is aan Europa. Hierdie term word dikwels ook gekoppel aan mense met blanke velle wat buite Europa woon. Na aanleiding van hul velkleur word daar ook na hierdie groep mense verwys as wit mense of dat hulle kaukasies is. Die term wit mens word deur sommige as 'n positiewe identiteit beskou, terwyl andere dit as 'n rassistiese term ervaar.

In Suid-Afrika is die term Europeër (saam met wittes of wit mense) gebruik om tydens die Apartheidstydperk onderskeid te tref tussen etniese Europeërs, etniese Afrikane, en ander rassegroepe.
