Vologases I van Partië

Vologases I (𐭅𐭋𐭂𐭔, Walagash) was van 51 tot 78 koning van konings van die Partiese Ryk. Hy was die seun en opvolger van Vonones II, 'n Partiese prins wat oor Atropatene regeer het en 'n paar maande lank koning van Partië was.[1] Vologases se ma was uit sy harem.[2] Die moderne historikus Marek Jan Olbrycht noem die tak van die Arsakidiese dinastie wat by Vologases I ontstaan het, die "Vologasides" of "Huis van Vologases I". Hulle het van 51 tot met die ryk se val in 224 regeer.[3]

Hy is deur sy seun Pakoros II opgevolg, wat sy beleidsrigtings voortgesit het. Vologases I het twee broers gehad wat die konings van onderskeidelik Atropatene en Armenië was: Pakoros[4] en Tiridates I.[5]
