Mary Hopkin (gebore op 3 Mei 1950), op sommige opnames bekend as Mary Visconti (vanweë haar huwelik met Tony Visconti) is 'n Walliese sangeres wat veral bekend is om haar enkelsnit treffer uit 1968 getiteld "Those Were the Days". Sy was een van die eerste kunstenaars om aan te sluit by the Beatles se Apple Records plate-etiket.
