Notofagien

Notofagin is 'n dihidrochalkoon. Dit is 'n C-gekoppelde Phloretien glukosied wat in rooibos (Aspalathus linearis)^[1] en Nothofagus fusca (die Nieu-Seeland rooi beuken) gevind word.^[2] Dit is 'n fenoliese antioksidant.
