Sawatzki / Wolley / IbnMuqkla,
You may be a highly regarded volunteer on the german wiki, but that doesnt give you the right to crosspost and push your protests on every wiki where you dont sling the lingo. The article has been protected by a fellow sysop, and I will ask permission from the community to block you on af: if you continue to push your protests here. You have alread beenblocked on a number of wikis, this wiki wont make an exception.

Read the text carefully. The ophanging sentences were not written by me, but by someone from the netherlands wikipedia. If you value a true and neutral description of facts as a protest, it shows only your relationship to the world as it is. And it shows, that you do not understand, what a enzyklopaedie is: a neutral description of the reality, not a propaganda plattform of a government. The two youngsters where hanged. And you try to hide it. You are corrupting the idea of the enzyklopaedists. It yould help, if you would stop working for wikipedia/mediawiki. The blocking of users who try to give a neutral point of view is massivly abusive of your rights. Sawatzki 20:41, 4 Augustus 2005 (UTC)
- If we would put photo's of the worst crimes in, say Paris, in the article about Paris, that wouldn't be a very neutral description of the city. You have failed to explain why it is relevant to this city and it certainly doesn't warrant your disgusting behaviour. Danielm 21:15, 4 Augustus 2005 (UTC)
- Iranian locals seem to enjoy these crimes. A crowd of Iranian-Islamic untermenschen applauded when a twelve-year old boy was whipped to death for eating in the month of Ramadan. The real French Encyclopédie was in fact extremely anti-clerical, linking the Holy Communion article with "cannibalism", for example. We should present the Islamic ideology as a serious threat to world peace and civilization and as a crime against humanity. A holy Islamic city is simply a city of evil. -Voyageur
- Wiki is not a tool for political or religious purposes. There is of course room for critical views of Islam, Christianity, communism and liberalism. Articles on these topics can have sections on critical views, but will generally be balanced by arguments of defenders - NPOV principle. TeunSpaans 04:47, 5 Augustus 2005 (UTC)
- I respect your point of view. Still, I also appreciate the contribution. These crimes cannot be defended, and any protest is legitimate. It honors the spirit of the French Encyclopédie. Just my two cents. -Voyageur
Your account will be renamed
wysigHello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Sawatzki. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Sawatzki~afwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
Community Liaison, Wikimedia Foundation
