Tiwa/Toewa/Toeva
wysigIt seems to me that only Afrikaans wikipedia uses the 'Tiva/Tiwa' spelling, Nederlands wikipedia uses Toeva, and I suggest we move the article to Toewa, since that's probabley what most Afrikaans people call it.--Ben Bezuidenhout (kontak) 06:23, 8 Oktober 2009 (UTC)
- Actually, I think most Afrikaans people wouldn't know what Tiwa was even if you hit them over the head with it. Winston (who created the article) is very knowledgable about the Afrikaans spelling of Russian words and if you look at Cyrilliese alfabet you'll see the correct Afrikaans transliteration of Тыва is indeed "Tiwa". The question I think, is therefore, why there are two names in Russian, Тува and Тыва, and which one should be transliterated. Anrie (kontak) 06:38, 8 Oktober 2009 (UTC)
