Alpha Lacertae
Alpha Lacertae (afgekort as α Lac) is ’n ster in die sterrebeeld Akkedis (Lacerta)[7] en sowat 103 ligjare van die Son af.[2]. Met ’n skynbare magnitude van 3,76 is dit die Akkedis se helderste ster.[3] Die ster beweeg teen ’n radiale snelheid van -4,5 km/s nader aan ons.[8]

Dit is ’n A-tipe hoofreeksster met ’n sterreklassifikasie van A1 V,[1] wat beteken dit verbrand nog waterstof in sy kern. Die ster is sowat 400 miljoen jaar oud[5] en het ’n relatief vinnige rotasiespoed van sowat 128 km/s.[6] Sy massa en radius is sowat 2,1 keer die Son s'n. Sy ligsterkte is amper 28 keer dié van die Son en dit het ’n effektiewe temperatuur van 9 050 K.[5] Die ster se Bayer-naam is "Alpha Lacertae" en sy Flamsteed-naam is "7 Lacertae".
Alpha Lacertae het ’n visuele metgesel 36 boogsekondes van hom af.[9] CCDM J22313+5017B is van spektraaltipe A en het ’n skynbare magnitude van 11,8. Dit is waarskynlik ’n optiese toeval.[4]
