Hesperantha

Hesperantha (aandblomme) is 'n genus van meerjarige blomplante en geofiete wat tot die Iridaceae-familie behoort. Die genus is die eerste keer in 1804 beskryf. Die genusnaam Hesperantha is afgelei van die Griekse woorde hesperos, wat aand beteken, en anthos, wat blom beteken. Die genus bestaan uit 88 spesies.
