Minister van Justisie en Korrektiewe Dienste
Die Minister van Justisie en Korrektiewe Dienste is die minister van justisie in die regering van Suid-Afrika. Hy is die politieke hoof van die Departement van Justisie en Staatkundige Ontwikkeling, wat verantwoordelik is vir administratiewe ondersteuning aan die howe, toesig oor die Nasionale Vervolgingsgesag, die verskaffing van regsdienste aan staatsdepartemente en regshervorming; en ook van die Departement van Korrektiewe Dienste wat verantwoordelik is vir gevangenisse.[1]
Voor Mei 2014 was korrektiewe dienste 'n aparte portefeulje. Dit is saamgevoeg met Justisie in die tweede Zuma-kabinet.[2]
Die dienende minister is Ronald Lamola wat in Junie 2019 deur president Cyril Ramaphosa aangestel is.[3] Sy adjunkte is John Jeffery (Justisie)[4] en Inkosi Patekile Holomisa (Korrektiewe Dienste).[5]
